Dispatch reveals Kim Jaejoong’s full original audio file + C-Jes plans to file a lawsuit..

On March 20th, media outlet Dispatch released what they claimed to be a full version of the original audio file of JYJ‘s Jaejoong that had not been fully revealed previously.

Dispatch reported that a total of 11 accounts of violence and 78 accounts of swearing of member Kim Jaejoong can be heard in the 10 minute clip. The article goes on to quote controversial clips of Jaejoong, such as, “I wish I wasn’t a Korean citizen,” and “I hit them often and even went to the police.”

They also claim that they have interviewed 20 other sasaeng fans who have given testimonials about the members hitting fans when it wasn’t called for. According to them, violence and swearing took place when Jaejoong had gone to see his girlfriend. They claim that the singer resorted to violence due to not wanting their date to become exposed, rather than sasaeng fans provoking him.

The article continues, saying that the image of sasaengs were exaggerated by other media. Extreme cases of sasaeng fans have resorted to extreme behaviors, but that “most of them just followed them to see them a bit up close.”

The Dispatch article titled, “Has the original nature of JYJ been covered up under the excuse of sasaengs? The uncomfortable truth behind JYJ and their assault case,” stated, “The assault case was wrapped up to look as if Jaejoong, the attacker, was the victim of the sasaeng. They used violence on hardcore fans, not just on extreme sasaeng fans, and thus this goes beyond how much they suffering they had to endure while living as a star, and whether their violence was justified.”
C-JeS Entertainment was quick to step up immediately after the release of the file and the article, revealing that they had already drafted up a lawsuit against Dispatch, and were planning to press charges for defamation of character.

On March 20th, C-JeS Entertainment stated, “The article with the additional file released by Dispatch today has no intention other than to bring harm to the members of JYJ. We can no longer stand by and watch the release of such hateful articles and have decided to take legal action.”
Sejong, their legal representatives, added, “It is definite defamation as well as an invasion of privacy to release an illegal recording without even confirming with the person they claim the recording is of.”
Moreover, C-JeS Entertainment officials revealed that they “cannot comprehend” Dispatch, especially since this comes just after the passing of Yoochun‘s father.

Idol manager of 10 years discloses his memories of sasaeng fans..

The issue of sasaeng fans have been put back on the chopping block after the recent controversy surrounding JYJ. One manager who’s been working for famous idols for the past 10 years recently met up with reporters to disclose his own first hand experience dealing with sasaeng fans as a career.

He revealed, “I really don’t even want to imagine it. When I wake up and open the door, there’s urine and feces on the floor, as if they’re marking their territory… Mornings should be bright and fresh, so think about having to start your morning with urine and feces. You start your day with stress.”
“Sasaeng fans that follow us around in taxis can be considered the mild ones since some have even barged into the dorm and stolen all of the food. Even if we change our numbers, they somehow find it out… they’re on the level of 007.”

When asked if he’s ever hit a sasaeng fan, he replied, “Honestly, I used to in the past. After the schedules are finished, hundreds of fans swarm in. One member even used to get pulled around by the hair. I had to block the members off before a bigger accident occurred. I had no choice but to use violence. Now, there are a lot of bystanders and fans that use cameras so you can’t do that anymore. I used to spray bug spray and even harsh swears, but it’s all of no use.”

Father of JYJ’s Yoochun and Park Yoohwan passes away...

The father of JYJ‘s Yoochun and actor Park Yoohwan has been reported to have passed away.
On March 14th, industry representatives revealed that Park Yoohwan cancelled all of his recording schedules for his current drama, ‘Strongest K-Pop Survival‘. A representative explained, “We heard that his father passed away. For now, we have delayed all of his scenes.”

Yoochun’s representative added, “We also heard that his father passed away. It happened so suddenly so we’re not sure if he’s heard of it yet. Yoochun is currently on his way back from his concert in Peru and we haven’t been able to get in touch with him. He’s been feeling great over the success of JYJ’s South American tour so it’s really unfortunate to hear of this. We’re worried that he will be in shock upon hearing the news.”

Yoochun must make a stop in the States before returning to Korea, so there’s a considerable amount of time before the unfortunate news will reach him.

Controversy Roundup: JYJ & Their Sasaeng Fans..

Recently, an audio of JYJ verbally and physically abusing a sasaeng fan (extremely obsessive fan who follows a star around, invading their privacy) was uploaded on a online community board. As a response, the members of JYJ have admitted to suffering from sasaeng fans since their debut.

I tried to run away, but I was always in a closed space walking in the same place. I was psychologically hurt,” said Yoochun during a press conference held in Chile, just before their first concert in South America. “It was like I was in a jail without bars.

JYJ didn’t deny the fact that they had physically hit the sasaeng fan, but they did not make any further comments. However, the members did continue to address the extreme incidents caused by fans driving them to the edge.

I tried to accept their love as is because sasaeng fans are just another form of fans,” said Junsu. “However, through many indescribably painful incidents , my private life was shattered. I just want to live a humane life.

In the audio, you can hear the idols using obscene language towards sasaeng fans over the phone and in the streets.

At the conference, which was held in Chile in response to the controversy, the JYJ members apologized for their past behavior regarding the audio file.

We apologize for our past unjust behavior,” said Jaejoong. “We are sorry because of all the fans that worry for us. In the future, we will think of the people who love and care for us to get us through mentally difficult situations. We will not breakdown as we did before and take full responsibility as public figures.
However, accusations were dismissed when KBS 2TV’s Entertainment Tonight interviewed the girl in the controversial audio file. She admitted that the physical violence was not as severe as it sounded in the audio, and that all this happened in 2009 when the members were taking their break.

As a response to this mess, many fans, and even sasaeng fans, have come clean of their acts to the public through an email along with a picture of a member of JYJ sleeping. The fan admitted, “Even if we talk down of the extremists amongst sasaeng fans, I am sorry for letting my infatuation get the best of me.
Sasaeng fans have been under scrutiny ever since the audio has been revealed for their obsessive compulsive ways of expressing their loyalty towards the idols. There were allegations that the sasaeng fans have stalked the idols and broke into JYJ’s home, trying to kiss Junsu while he was asleep.

However, many say that idols responding with violence, physical, and verbal abuse is unjust no matter how severe their actions were and should instead take legal actions.

Han Ji Min Says, “Park Yoochun Is Called The Minister Of Health and Welfare On Location”

Actress Han Ji Min explained why JYJ’s Park Yoochun is called ‘The Minister of Health and Welfare’ on location.

The press conference of SBS’ new Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Rooftop Prince’ was attended by the leading roles Park Yoochun, Han Ji Min, Lee Tae Sung and Jung Yoomi.

‘Rooftop Prince’ is a fantasy romance drama that depicts the love that sparks between a Choseon prince Lee Gak (Park Yoochun) and the reincarnation (Han Ji Min) of his princess (Jung Yoomi) when he travels 300 years into the future to the 21st century.

Han Ji Min, who overcomes the 4-year age gap to form a couple with Park Yoochun, revealed that, “This is the first time that I’m working alongside an actor who is younger than me (as a couple),” and “In most other filming locations, I have to work hard to keep the atmosphere positive (as the youngest) but this time, it’s Yoochun’s role and he’s doing a great job at it.”
She continued to say, “Yoochun’s fans support us really well so we always film with full stomachs,” and “That’s why the staff call Park Yoochun ‘The Minister of Health and Welfare’ because he keeps us well-fed.”

Video of JYJ’s Park Yoochun being assaulted by a Sasaeng fan revealed online....

A video of JYJ member Park Yoochun being assaulted by a Sasaeng fan has been shared on an online community site.

In the clip, Yoochun was exiting a building after getting his hair done and was walking through a large crowd of fans when suddenly, a female reached her arm out and slapped him across the face.
The assaulted Yoochun looked extremely shocked, as did the other fans who were in the crowd. Placing his hand on where he was hit, Yoochun left the scene.

According to the netizen who posted the video, the fan slapped him because she thought, “If I hit him, he will surely remember me,” which caused the public to become dumbfounded a second time.

This video only further proved the brutality of idols’ Sasaeng fans who are causing wild controversy as of late.
Needless to say, the public is surprised to learn that the shocking actions the Sasaeng fans take is true and real, not fabricated stories.

Furthermore, the video proved that the JYJ members simply grew accustomed to this kind of atrocity over time, and that much more shocking incidents most likely occur on a regular basis.
