So, regarding the SBU Project, we’ve decided on the final date, which is SUNDAY, AUGUST 16th (Japanese Time).
We’re aiming for #1 spot in Oricon Daily Chart on TUESDAY, AUGUST 18th because Tuesday is the lowest sales day in a week so we have more chances of getting #1. But since it takes 1-2 days to process sales in online stores, we decided Sunday as the day to buy the sales.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
ONLY buy from HMV JAPAN or CD JAPAN since those two stores count towards Oricon Chart.

UPDATE! Since many of you are asking about credit card stuff, etc. , here are some answers to FAQs that I got from Soompi. Hope this would help answer your questions. 
What is Japan Time?
Japan time is whatever time it is in Tokyo, Japan. Japan shares ONE time zone, which means the time in Osaka will be the same in Tokyo. So we just call it Japan Time. S. Korea is also in the same time zone as Japan.
If you would like to find out what time it is in Japan, get a cellular phone, find your WORLD CLOCK and find Tokyo, Japan. Its that easy! ^-^ You can also look up the time in Japan on Google or Yahoo as well.
Why are we ordering on Sunday?
Because it takes 2 days for all online orders to be counted into the Oricon, so for us to be charted on Tuesday, we must order on Sunday.
How do I know my order counts to the Oricon?
If you feel more confortable, you can look it up yourself on both sites, but here is CDJapan’s official licence to be on the Oricon. HMVJapan has the same on their site.

Items you purchase through CDJapan will be calculated into the daily and weekly sales data for Oricon music charts.
This applies to all items available through our store.

What if I don’t have a credit card/debit card?
Then use someone elses card. Right now, the staff at the LJ Comm is trying to get a bulk order to come through, but at the moment there is no bulk order specified right now. So if you do not have a credit card, we will try and get your order through bulk, but it may not happen because of our inability to find an orderer.
Have you contacted Korean Cassiopeia and BigEast?
Yes, I have contacted a Korean Cassi on DNBN, but I still do not know if they will join us 100% on this project because they are incredibly busy with other Projects at this moment. BigEast is another story. I have no way to contact them personally, so if anyone does, it would be wonderful if you could help us in our contact with BigEast.
Have you contacted other International Fanclubs?
Yes, I have personally contacted the Spanish Fanclub, Canadian Fanclub, Peruvian Fanclub, Italian Fanclub, Austrailian Fanclub and a few others with the help of my other Moderators.
