2. Participants must send an audition video online to be able to join. Email the following:

- Complete address of representative

* The representative may be a member of the group or their manager
3. IMPORTANT: Participants MUST include a PRIVATE video link of their group performing their piece. This should be a video specifically shot for this audition. Videos from past performances will not considered.
- Start with a short introduction or a welcome message from your group (1 minute max)
- The dance piece may be a mash-up of Kpop and non-Kpop songs, as long as 80% of the music is Korean
- Minimum of 3 minutes, maximum of 5 minutes
- This will serve as the group’s audition video

4. Email these requirements to kpopconph@gmail.com with the subject title: DANCE BATTLE.Online audition starts on November 1, 2010, 12nn and ends on December 1, 2010, 12nn
5. Criteria for judging are as follows:
45% Choreography
35% Execution
20% Costume and “stage presence”

6. Should the group be included as a finalist, the participants MUST be available to rehearse with the other groups for the grand production number a week before the big event. The finalists that will be competing and performing on December 11 will be announced on December 2, 2010, 12nn. The number of finalists will be dependent on the number of auditionees.
1. Finalists must be willing to go at an earlier calltime before the program proper for the rehearsal and briefing. Each group will be given 10 minutes each to block on stage.
2. Finalists may opt to use their audition piece or perform a new routine, as long as it’s still within the allotted time of 3-5 minutes. The final music must be emailed to the organizers 3 days before the event.
3. Any changes in the line-up of members automatically disqualifies the group (unless one member cannot make it due to unforeseen circumstances). MEMBERS MUST BRING VALID ID’s on the competition day.
4. Criteria for judging are as follows:

30% Execution
20% Costume and stage presence
10% Audience impact
30% Execution

10% Audience impact
The judges’ decision is final and cannot be appealed.
5. There will be one (1) runner up and one (1) champion for the 2ND PHILIPPINE KPOP DANCE BATTLE.
Notes: The Philippine Kpop Convention committee has the right to edit the mechanics, if necessary.
