2011 Girls’ Generation Tour ticket launch set for 1 Nov 2011, with a priority booking period from 29 Oct – 31 Oct 2011

Tickets at a friendly two-tier price, despite its record-high production value and limited 5,500 seats

20 October 2011 (Singapore) – Fans of the Number 1 Asia girl group Girls‟ Generation – or „Sones‟ as they proudly call themselves – will be pleased to know that tickets to the 2011 Girls‟ Generation Tour in Singapore will be priced at a friendly two-tier price of $218 (Terrace/Moshpit) and $168 (Balcony/Partially-restricted), despite the concert making a record as the most expensive production among all K-Pop concerts held here yet, with an estimated production value of S$1.8 million.

Due to the massive staging, a limited 5,500 tickets will be available for sale and the best seats in the house could possibly be not seats – but the standing mosh pit area for over 2,000 fans where fans can get the closest to the girls. A special fan service will also be catered for the fans in the mosh pit, provided by Official Drink sponsor F&N.


Members of the public will be able to purchase tickets from 1 Nov 2011 (Tue) onwards via Sistic online, counter and phone bookings. Proudly presented by Samsung, with Official Drink F&N and Official Card OCBC Cards, ticket sales will launch 29 Oct 2011 (Sat), 10.00am for an exclusive 3-day priority booking* for Samsung and OCBC customers via Sistic online, phone and counter bookings. All purchases are limited to 6 tickets per transaction to prevent any reselling of tickets.

2011 Girls‟ Generation Tour in Singapore to be held 9 Dec 2011 (Fri) 8.00pm at the Singapore Indoor Stadium will showcase a 3-hour visual treat of sexily choreographed dance moves, along with a visual play of effects including laser beams, LED screens, trapezes and elevated platforms.

The popular nine-member girl group will perform across two stages and strut along three passageways, where audience can expect the girls to tease and amuse from every angle in both group and solo acts. Right in the thick of the action are three mosh pits submerged in the middle of the stage, catering for over 2,000 standing audience who will be able to meet the girls up- close.
