Yoon Eun Hye’s Love Triangle

Yoon Eun Hye will be making her long awaited comeback on “Lady Castle,” a new drama series involving wealthy families, heiresses (no, not Paris Hilton), and love interests in the form of Kang Dong Won and Lee Seung Gi. “Lady Castle” shares the “falling in love with rich boy/girl” concept with Boys Over Flowers, playing on the fan girls’ (and boys’) fantasies of finding a modern day prince/princess and being blessed with an unbelievable amount of good fortune.

Yoon Eun Hye will be playing the lead role of a wealthy heiress caught up in a possible (surprise!) love triangle with a poor steward (Kang Dong Won) and the son of another wealthy family (by Lee Seung Gi). I foresee a forbidden love relationship looming ahead. Will the pretty rich girl go for the poor, handsome steward who serves her family? Or pair up with a pampered rich boy who’s just as handsome and charming? Talk about difficult choices!

This will be Kang Dong Won’s first small screen appearance in 5 years, and fans are already starting to anticipate. As for Lee Seung Gi, he’s a newbie in the acting career, who will be playing Kang Dong Won’s rival. We’ll see which of the two manages to capture the heart of the pretty rich girl.

Netizens have already expressed much enthusiasm for Yoon Eun Hye’s return, but don’t get too excited just yet. Due to a previous scandal involving money, the production company for “Lady Castle” has been banned from airing any of its works on the three major TV broadcasting stations. Negotiations are being made, but if an agreement can’t be reached to air the drama on one of the three major channels, Yoon Eun Hye is free to drop the contract and face no penalty.
