The first operation black out of Girl's Generation Philippines was a huge success. Run Devil Run at its peek position at number #1 in todays MYX Daily Top 10 (April 23, 2010). SNSD's "Run Devil Run" had finally overtaken Justin Bieber's "Baby" after its 9th straight days at #1.
