SKYCable in Manila will air SBS Channel starting 01 June ?

SKYCable is a cable TV provider in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. A flyer was enclosed in the bill we received in the mail last week.
The flyer announced that effective 01 June 2010 SKYCable will also air Korean Channel SBS. It will be assigned to Channel 149.

Currently, SKYCable airs KBS World on Channel 75 and Arirang TV on Channel 147 and both are part of the basic cable TV package. MBC is on Channel 148 but is classified as a Premium Channel and an additional fee needs to be paid to view it.
I called up SKYCable yesterday to verify the classification of SBS but at the moment they still do not know. I guess we will just have to wait until 01 June to find out.
I hope this will be helpful especially to the current SKYCable subscribers who also love to watch Korean TV programs. The thought of watching the live broadcast of Inkigayo every Sunday afternoon on TV is really something to look forward to.
