Impressive and sultry album jacket of "BEST & USA" that is the visual approaching "US BoA (Black BoA)" and "Asia BoA (Red BoA)". First Limited edition with 4 discs (above photo) is set in the super powerful vertically long sleeve case.

This album's concept is "-Now & Then-", the monument remarks the first step in the US that will start in the history and the future of the activity in Japan. BoA told about this album enthusiastically that, "I'm so glad to release my new album with the style of '2 in 1 ALBUM' and BEST ALBUM and US ALBUM at the same time. For me, to release 2nd best album means the evidence of 'I've been work hard', and it's a present for me.
