Actress Han Ji Min explained why JYJ’s Park Yoochun is called ‘The Minister of Health and Welfare’ on location.
The press conference of SBS’ new Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Rooftop
Prince’ was attended by the leading roles Park Yoochun, Han Ji Min, Lee
Tae Sung and Jung Yoomi.
‘Rooftop Prince’ is a fantasy romance drama that depicts the love
that sparks between a Choseon prince Lee Gak (Park Yoochun) and the
reincarnation (Han Ji Min) of his princess (Jung Yoomi) when he travels
300 years into the future to the 21st century.
Han Ji Min, who overcomes the 4-year age gap to form a couple with
Park Yoochun, revealed that, “This is the first time that I’m working
alongside an actor who is younger than me (as a couple),” and “In
most other filming locations, I have to work hard to keep the
atmosphere positive (as the youngest) but this time, it’s Yoochun’s role
and he’s doing a great job at it.”
She continued to say, “Yoochun’s fans support us really well
so we always film with full stomachs,” and “That’s why the staff call
Park Yoochun ‘The Minister of Health and Welfare’ because he keeps us
well-fed.”
