On May 16th, JOO and Super Junior’s Leeteuk finally released their long-awaited collobaration single, “ICE CREAM“!

Fans were not only able to see a new side to JOO, who’s usually known for her ballads, but they got a new experience for Leeteuk as well, since it’s his first time participating in a duet.

The song was composed by Shim Eun Ji and written by Kim Eun Soo.

Featuring a fun melody line with an combination of strings and guitars which are meant to express the different emotions men and women go through as lovers.

So Nyeo Shi Dae Jessica and SHINee Onew will perform the number ‘After 1 Year’ off So Nyeo Shi Dae 2nd minialbum for the first time on stage on MBC Music Core.

Even without their live performance, the duet of Jessica’s delicate and Onew’s warm vocals is already a popular hit amongst music fans with the minialbum release.

They will be doing this special stage as fan service for their fans this summer school vacation.

Also on Music Core on 1st August, So Nyeo Shi Dae member Yuri, HyoYeon, Sunny, YoonA, SooYoung and SeoHyun will be performing ‘In Summer’ a remake of Deux’s song.

BoA to perform a duet with AKON

22 year old Korean popstar BoA will perform a duet with AKON. AKON had previously performed with notable artistes like the recently deceased Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey.
The two had previously met in April at Chiba, during a music festival called "Spring Groove". Akon had said that BoA's voice was really "cute" and looked forward to working with her. BoA also expressed her admiration for Akon's compositions. This duet would certainly be a boost to her advancement in the States.

Park Myung Soo and Jessica to perform a duet

Comedian Park Myung Soo and SNSD's Jessica will be doing a surprise duet! Their little group name will be MyungSica and their new song will be called Naengmyun (cold noodles for all your non-Koreans). The song will be a summer dance track that was given to the pair by E-TRIBE who also made the song Gee. It's safe to say we'll have a catchy and hilarious performance even if the vocals aren't that amazing.

An insider mentioned, "When Infinity Challenge did the Gee parody, Park Myung Soo had taken the part of Jessica and transformed into 'MyungSica'. After that coincidence, the two decided to do a duet. They get along really well together. Jessica and Myung Soo were both really surprised about each others' singing abilities. Jessica didn't know that Park Myung Soo sang this well and Park Myung Soo didn't know that Jessica sang this well either because she had such short parts in Gee."

MyungSica will perform their song 'NaengMyun' early in July on Infinity Challenge. Besides these two, Yoo Jae Suk will be teaming up with Yoon Mi Rae and Tiger JK, JunJin with Lee Jung Hyun, Gil with YB, Jung Hyung Don with Epik High, Jung Jun Ha with After School, and Noh Hong Chul with No Brain.
