TVXQ Fails to Reach Agreement with Agency

The three members of the boy band TVXQ who asked the court to suspend their contracts with their agency, SM Entertainment, have failed to reach an agreement with the agency.

The Seoul Central District Court tried to settle the matter on September 30 between Xiah (real name Kim Jun-soo), Hero (real name Kim Jae-joong) and Mickey (real name Park Yoo-chun) and SM Entertainment, but to no avail.

The three members reportedly refused to negotiate. The court will not summon the three members again and will reach the final decision soon.

The three TVXQ members applied for provisional disposition on July 31 citing unfair terms and conditions of their 13-year contracts with SM Entertainment.

so it seems SM, didn't want to change DBSK contract and give them a little freedom and its seems they still want to keep STEALING DBSK's blood and sweat.

one can only get into agreement if SM did what is right! which is Telling the truth of their Contarct and their Exact income

EVERYDAY the boys work so Hard.... there schedule is so Full that they can't have a LIFE

and SM binds them into a SLAVE Contract!

I don't want DBSK to be SLAVES! i want them to live! a better life
and for that to happen SM must stop doing illegal stuffs

DBSK is my life! and if they're not Happy and if they're tired...
