During the filming of KBS 2TV's Invincible Youth, G7 members followed SNSD / Girls Generation member Yuri's lead and participated in various stretching exercises before tending to their morning tasks together. As the group attempted to perform small work-outs to warm up their bodies, SNSD's sexbomb demonstrated her hidden talent for yoga.

Kara's Goo Hara, on the other hand, struggled to execute the yoga poses as effortlessly as Yuri and appeared to be the most stiff of all. To this, Hara expressed, "I thought I could get by with just the butt dance, but it seems I need to work on my flexibility."

However, Hara fared much better than Brown Eyed Girls' Narsha as the latter only attempted one pose, complaining that she was tired and collapsed on the floor in forfeit.

On this day, SNSD's Sunny, also assumed the role of the yoga instructor and flaunted her impressive flexibility, mastering all the poses flawlessly and doing fairly well in a contests of splits. Unfortunately, because of Sunny's short legs, she was unable to advance further into the competition and fell short of 1st place (pun intended).

Most of the female idols on the show revealed their splits on stage in the past, but, in the end, the two finalists were narrowed down to 4minute's sexy HyunA and SNSD's Yuri. Eager to declare a winner, MC Kim Shin Young offered that she would give twice the points to the girl who can turn while doing the splits.

I'm not gonna lie. I tried imitating Yuri's pose in the second picture to determine my flexibility, but, as I was raising my bended leg, I heard something crack. She made it look so easy that I thought I could be able to do it too, but I dream... I'll leave the yoga to Yuri and Dhalsim.

Here's a Bonus Video of Yuri falling asleep while making kimchi:

SNSD’s Yuri dances to Jennifer Lopez’s Get Right

Not content with being just the host of Music Core, SNSD's Yuri had a special stage this afternoon on Music Core, much to the delight of viewers and especially SNSD fans.

Known to be one of the better dancers in SNSD and a nice butt, Yuri did a dance stage of Jennifer Lopez's dance hit, Get Right. Although she could have done better with the outfit she donned, her neatly tied ponytail, hip shaking and slick, sexy dance moves, showed us another side of Yuri that some might not have known her for.

SNSD SooYoung most popular amongst Japanese, Jessica most popular amongst Chinese, and Yuri talks about secret to pretty legs

Japanese Sayuri said, “It seems that SooYoung is the most popular member of So Nyeo Shi Dae in Japan.”

So Nyeo Shi Dae has appeared on KBS ‘The ChitChat of The Beauties’ summer special aired on 10th August. And Sayuri was asked, “Which member is the most popular in Japan?” and she answered, “Each member has her own charms, but SooYoung has the face the Japanese guys like.”

And when Chinese Eun DongRyong was asked, “Which member is the most popular in China”, she replied, “I think Jessica has an appeal. Chinese men like girls who looks like fox” looking at Jessica. And then there were many whispers in the crowd that went “Jessica looks like a fox.”

Meanwhile, while the girls were on the topic of long legs, Yuri revealed, “Actually we do makeup on our legs. We do highlight and shading to make it appear slim. Of the members, I worry most about my legs, when other members apply one makeup coat, I apply 3.”

A 'Curious Girl' Yuri, who would check what her side dish was for lunch during 1st hour.

“She’s so mischievous. She just never stops pulling pranks on us. She would always put a fake bug on our beds. One time she even tied all our shoes and ran away” (Sooyoung)

In response to Sooyoung’s complaint, Yuri merely laughed. Yuri replied “Heeing~ I don’t know. It’s so fun, I can’t help myself”. All members were dumbfounded by Yuri’s response, but soon they all giggled.

She can play baseball, basketball, and various other sports. When Yuri pitched at a baseball event, her skilled pitching surprised everyone. People said her pitching reminded them of a major league baseball player Kim Byunghun and gave her the nickname ‘BK Yuri’. An athletic Yuri is also very playful and has a bright personality.

“Sometimes, I’m curious about who I am. I think my personality is like a kaleidoscope, because my personality has various aspects.” said Yuri as she fidgeted with her fingers. Then her eyes flashed.

“Since I was little, I had so much curiosity over everything. It really bothers me when I don’t try out everything. You know how there’s a kid who is always curious about what his/her mom packed for lunch? I was that kid; I would always open my lunch during 1st hour”. (laughs)

She tried out acting by being on a sitcom ‘Unstoppable Marriage’ in 2007. Yuri said, “I wanted to try out everything: acting, singing, and dancing. That’s because I’m curious about what my limit is”. I guess her endless curiosity is responsible for her endless talent.

“I want to try out something, which people don’t expect me to try out. Also, I would like to be in an unimaginable situation." added Yuri. However, she doesn’t have a greed for worldly pleasures.

“Even though people may say I don’t have the mindset of a professional, I’m not really interested in things like ‘1 million album sales’ or ‘Promoting Overseas’. I just want to do something which will bring joy to people. If you didn’t know, I’m a happy virus. I think you’re already infected by it. Are you ok?”
