JYJ Kim Jaejoong expressed his determination to promote Jeju Island even if he is alone.
Kim Jaejoong tweeted on the 17th that “If it is difficult for us to promote our nation’s natural wonder, then I will just promote it alone this time,” leaving words about KBS cancellation notification.
JYJ was slated to perform on KBS Special “Wishing for 7th Wonder Special Live” on the 20th, but the sudden receipt of cancellation notification has caused controversy.
CJeS Entertainment expressed through their official website on the 16th, “As the ambassador for Jeju Island as 7th Wonder, JYJ’s performance for the special broadcast was cancelled through a notification received today. We are still seeking the reason from the organizer for the sudden cancellation.”
Fans have expressed, “Wants to know the reason”, “Why was it possible to film drama but not singing?”, “The ambassadors are not allowed to be participate in the broadcast, what is this?”, “I want to promote as well”, “You are not giving up, I should not either.”
Additionally, in order to attract overseas voting for Jeju island, hallyu star JYJ was appointed to be the ambassadors for N7W.
