From February 13 through 15, Kim Jae-won (Hwang Jini, Great Inheritance) is holding a special event for a select group of 120 lucky Japanese fans, in which the actor personally will guide the group in a three-day tour of Seoul. The tour is being filmed and produced as a special documentary for Japanese broadcasting station TBS.
Things started off on the evening of the 13th with a birthday party for the 28-year-old (he’s a 1981-er) at Seoul’s Plaza Hotel, after which he led the group of fans on a tour, acting as guide in introducing Korean culture to the attendees.
The places visited included some of Seoul’s hotspots and restaurants, as well as filming locations for his last drama Hwang Jini. After the event comes to an end on the 15th, Kim will personally see his fans off.
The event kicked off at a Seoul hotel on the evening of February 13 for a birthday-party-slash-fanmeeting:
The next day (on the morning of February 14), Kim Jae-won took the group to Seoul’s Kyunghee-gung Palace, where he also gave on-camera interviews:
