Park Yuchun is moving to top-class residence at Samseong-dong?

According to the news from real estate sector, Park Yuchun is expected to move from Hannam-dong UN Village to top-class residence, LaTERRASSE at Samseong-dong in Gangnam in October. He will be the neighbour of Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung. The core of ‘LaTERRASSE’ is that it maximizes the field of view. It offers unique designs like a bird’s eye view of Han River from the unit, anti-earthquake, security of private life etc. Each unit cost about 40 to 50 billion won.
